Customized Dress Policy

We firmly stand by the exclusivity and individuality of our customized dresses, and therefore, we enforce a final sale policy on these items. Customized dresses include any garment that has been altered from its original design at the customer’s request. This includes, but is not limited to, alterations such as open cup adjustments, specific custom sizing or length, a custom lining, or any other personalized modifications. We require all requests for customization to be approved by the Helena Kolan team before an order is finalized to ensure clarity and satisfaction with the final product.

Sample Sale Policy

Items purchased during our sample sales are also considered final sales. As such, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for any dress acquired in this manner. We encourage our customers to make thoughtful considerations before completing a purchase at a sample sale.
